The WOW Factor – How did we service you?

In 2013 we answered 310,000 calls.  I’m incredibly proud of the Personal Operations team. They have shown an insatiable desire to understand their customers and re-invent themselves, to deliver a service which sets them apart from the market and really meets the broker’s needs.

Here are just some of the achievements from 2013 and we’re currently working on bringing you the numbers for 2014.
