The Customer Care Award This reflects the culture we have developed at LV=, our customer satisfaction scores, our financial results and employee engagement. Our unique and market-leading approach has also led us to be named Most Recommended Insurer by YouGov, Top Insurer for Customer Satisfaction (2015 UKCSI Index) and voted Brokers’ Insurer of the Year.
The Technology Award combined our Broker Portal & Gateway for Fleet developments which have transformed the way in which we do business with you. The results have led to operational efficiencies and cost savings for all of us, speed to market, access to new markets and strong commercial results.
The Insurance Marketing and PR Awards, sponsored by Post Magazine & Insurance Age, reward the people and teams that provide the zest, juice and fresh thinking that keep their businesses and brands firmly connected with their customers, and at the forefront of the markets they serve. In short, it’s about recognising the ‘Brains behind the Brands’. Our marketing team walked away with Insurance Marketing and PR ‘Team of the Year’ Award.
