Our last set of 2015 satisfaction telephone survey results has just been released. It’s great to see so many of our brokers taking the time to give us their feedback – what’s even better is we’re either maintaining or improving the service we’re giving you. Feedback like this is important to us and we use the results to assist with training new staff, coaching existing staff and overall to provide you with the high quality service you expect to receive from us.
