We’ve been at it again, awards wins and shortlists

CIAFive months in and we’ve collected a trophy and have our fingers crossed for the start of the awards season.

Winning an award really means a lot to us – as well as receiving industry recognition it highlights the efforts of absolute teamwork from our people.

Back in March we picked up a big win being crowned Commercial Insurer of the Year at the third Commercial Insurance Awards. Hosted by CIR Magazine the awards are designed to showcase the excellence within commercial insurance and we’re thrilled to have been recognised for our achievements in the commercial market.

Last week our claims team were one of the big winners at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards. Our GI Claims department walked away with a hat trick of prestigious awards; Claims Training Initiative of the Year for CDR, Fraud Prevention Initiative of the Year for our collaboration with IFED and Customer Care Initiative of the Year for the industry leading crisis support for Cumbria floods, France and Durham hailstorms.Claims Award

impra 2016Our Broker Marketing team have made the shortlist again for the second Insurance Marketing and PR Awards. Last year they were crowned Team of the Year and this year they’re up for two awards:
• Social Media Influencer of the Year – follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn to find out more
• Brand of the Year (joint entry with LV= Direct)

We’ve got everything crossed and will keep you in the loop.
