Making our claims process even better


As part of our on-going commitment to deliver an award-winning claims service, it’s important that we get regular feedback from policyholders about how we’re doing and how we can improve.

So, within the next couple of months, we’ll begin surveying ABC Car and Highway Car policyholders as part of our claims process.

The survey will be sent to ABC Car and Highway Car policyholders following a claim, once the vehicle repair has been completed or once payment has been sent to the customer.   Of course, we’ll make sure that we keep you updated of any changes and improvements that we make as a result of this feedback.
