A score of 83.9 – thumbs up to that!

ICSWe’ve achieved the prestigious ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service.

Following a rigorous process, which has involved a number of our brokers, we achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 83.9 earning a score significantly higher than the average for the insurance industry, as measured by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index. Our score compares with a benchmark of 77.8 across all sectors and 79.4 for the insurance sector.
